bread machine

Portland work party

I'm hosting a work-party Saturday in Portland. Or Even tomorrow if enough people reply. I live just past Sauvie Island on Hwy. 30. I have a hundred bucks for a keg and buttloads of BBQ. It's all yard shit that you can do while geting fucked up. Grand Prize is the outbuilding art-studio which someone gets to live in till I sell the place in June or July. I'm going to post on a couple of other tribes but people are usually lame even if they say they'll show. The idea is as follows:

Pull about 50 sticker vines, Mow the yard, fill-in the gopher holes, and then make a bonfire and get wasted. You can contact me through Tribe or call me at 503-621-9791. The more people that come the better. It's going to be warm, you can bring your dog and camp in the back yard by the fire.

I also got a new .22 target pistol. We can't shoot it in back, but down at the end of the other side of the neighborhood we can shoot cans under the railroad trestle and it's no big deal. I'm going to buy a thousand rounds.

BEER, BBQ AND BULLETS. What more can I offer? Oh, and a free place to crash for a couple of months.....and some other stuff to whoever wants them. Last lucky fellow got two turntables, a mixer and three lasers.

Nice, useful solid wood cabinet, about 24" long & wide, 29" tall, with 2 shelves & a door.

6 metal file cabinets, 3 3-drawer, 3 4-drawer, plus 2 wood ones, free if they aren't picked up by the dude who already paid for them.

Two turntables and a mixer

I have two matching DJ turntables and a two channel mixer that works but has seen better days for trade. The tables both work fine but one of the dustcovers has a cigarette burn on it. Well it's free what do you care. I unloaded most of my vinyl and the price would be for a copy of your digital music. TECHNO, TRANCE AND RELATED ONLY. I like Oakenfold, Crystal Method, Chemical Brothers, Voyager Two, etc. if that steers you right. Whoever has the bestest and mostest gets the set. Oh and I'm keeping the cartridges.

I'm going to take my time looking at trade offers so don't piss yourself, they're not going to fly out the window. I will also take copies of burned CD's if you have a giant box of blanks around. Thanks.

Hi folks, I'm going to be in need of hay bales to provide additional seating in my back yard to then become mulch for fall. I need to get hay bales for this coming Saturday and here's where I'm in need:

Hi,

Moving to smaller place, have furniture to give away:

Plain, no frills-no drawers, desk. About 5 feet by 3 feet, sturdy but not too heavy.

Dresser set, includes two each of 4 drawers tall, and one each of 9 smaller drawers, 3x3, with mirror. Old but all drawers work, plain dark wood.

Greem metal filing cabinet, 4 drawers, standard letter size.

Sofa bed: also old, but clean, full size bed, works fine, people have slept on it and liked it. Bit heavy. I have it covered up, it's a yellow-orange color, not bad, just not my usual purple/green. Includes mattress.

King size bed frame, waterbed-style. Has 6 under drawers, and headboard has two shelves with doors and 4 more small shelves, with mirror in middle. You would help dismantle so you know how to put it back together, very important! No directions included, but pretty straightforward. No mattress included.

Yep. Seperate building, on the smaller side but it has a loft in it and a big bay window. Access to toilet, shower, washer and dryer through the back of the house. Live in it, make noise, paint, whatever you want. Just mow my lawn, that is if we clique of course. There is also a giant fire pit right next to it. See my profile for picture. Wanted: Toilet/sinks/shower and other building materials

Yeah, you read that right. I am doing a remodel with absolutely NO money. I am using all recycled and donated items...not by choice. A friend is donating two weeks work which is a priceless gift given he is a professional builder, but I need to come up with materials. Hubby won't give up a dime but I am resourceful and refuse to give up hope. I know that there are lots of generous people who have items they don't want or no longer need--I just need to connect with them. Here is my wish list: I need one, possibly two toilets (one is already cracked and I am afraid the other will crack when we pull it to replace the floor). I also need three bathroom sinks with faucets, two of them need to match since they sit side by side--my preference is for white but I wll consider anything at this point. I also need an oversized shower and a tub surround (two seperate items there) and a kitchen sink and faucet. Oh, and one last thing would be enough of one kind of tile to cover my kitchen counters...not picky on the color, some kind of fairly neutral earth tone....I would prefer travertine or granite....not picky about the size. So if you have left over tile from a job you have done I could give it a good home and put it to such good use. Everything I am replacing is broken, leaky, missing, chipped, or desperately in need of repair. This is not a frivolous remodel. I have until July 10th to gather all my materials. I have a Via Aqua AR-380 10-gallon aquarium. I bought it in 2003 and never used it (I had it filled but never put fish in it), and would now like it to be gone. It comes ready-to-go with rocks and thermometer (in the tank), most of a bottle of Prime fresh/saltwater conditioner, and the following UNUSED supplies: fish net, ammonia test kit, PH test kit, Ginger Cleanmaster suction cleaning tube, Magfloat glass cleaner, Jungle No More Algae. It's probably $300 worth of stuff. I have a dog and a cat that are already costing me enough money, and I'm never going to end up using this stuff.

I have an Aiwa mini-stereo with 3-disc changer, 2 cassette decks, Surround speakers and remote. It's also karaoke-ready, although the microphone is long gone. I bought it in 1992; it was top-rated at the time and it's served me very well over the years. It has trouble reading some CDs (perhaps it can't read newer encoding? perhaps it needs the laser aligned?) but is otherwise in perfect shape, and is small and lightweight. I just dont need it anymore, because I have other options at my house.

I need a mattress

So I think I am finally sick of sleeping on my futon mattress that is totally mildewed on the bottom, and I've already paid $75 to have re-covered and stuffed once. Gotta love them Portland winters... Does anyone have a full or queen mattress (no box spring needed) that they don't want anymore? I am only interested in ones from non-indoor smokers. I have a van, and can pick it up. Thanks!!

It's a california king size double-thick foam matress on a handmade wood frame. 7' x 6 1/2' x 1 1/2' It's heavy but It disassembles for easier moving and comes with two sets of sheets, one is tiger print... me-ROW!

only one day left. today. sunday. then it's going in my storage unit. in all actuality you probably have a few days to get a truck and a friend and come get it.

it's a fancy cabinet with bulletin board and dry erase board on the inside. stained reddish brown and in pretty good condition. it's in se close in.

4 sheets of it, each about 4 feet by 8 feet and 1/4 inch thick. Great for building a greenhouse or something. I'd take it but I've got no room and on Friday afternoon it goes in a dumpster!

You'll need:

2 pairs of hands
a full-sized pickup
rope
old blankets or something to lay them on.

Cleaning my basement once again and going through a purge. Here's what I got:

- 17 inch sony tv. A bit old, but works well.
- semi busted mongomery ward sewing machine. Shown some love, she could work fine.
- bathroom mirror.
- tiny boombox with broken cd player, but working tape player.
- black art portfolio dealie (I don't do 2-d)
- variety of light fixtures and such.

I'm headed out to a movie but should be home arounbd 7:30 and will be home from then on, so just send a msg or leave a vm if you're interested.
